ZLG fuel pellet mill is suitable for making the biomass fuel pellet, such as sawdust pellet, rice husk pellet, straw pellet etc. This system is a full set of mechanized production equipment. It can convert biomass raw material and solid waste into energy fuel with high density.

Working Principle

The material into the granulating room, the mold rotating and roller rotation itself .

so that the material extruded into the mold hole, made into a cylindrical bar, after a knife cutting at the outlet, when pellet formed , they get out of the granulation chamber.

Raw Material

Most of  agricultural  and forestry waste, such as corn straw, sawdust, plant waste, bamboo powder, grass, sunflower stalk, straw, rice husk, wood chips, dry branches etc.

Big material should be crushed at first, and its size after crushing should not be bigger than 2/3 diameter of pellet, and moisture should be 10-15%.
